Talk it through. Get it in writing.
We build small tools for people who do the work with their hands and write the paperwork afterwards. The first one records the conversation you already have with a client and turns it into the document you would otherwise write up at nine at night.
Contracts, service agreements and job notes, written from the conversation you just had. iPhone.
Record the conversation. Ask for the document.
Hit record while you and the client work the job out. Afterwards, ask for what you need — a contract, a service agreement, a note of what was agreed. Edit it in plain text and send it from Messages. Built for sole traders, and for anyone whose paperwork is written up after a conversation.
The model — about 2.6GB of it — runs on the device. The recording, the transcript and the draft stay in the app. Nothing is uploaded.
Agreed on tape, standard wording, filled from your profile — or a gap. Where you said two different things, it says so instead of picking one quietly.
We are working on a second tool for the same jobs. When it does something useful, it will sit here.
A recording of a client is not ours to keep.
A conversation about a job has prices in it, an address, sometimes a complaint about the last tradie. It stays on the phone because there is no good reason for it to be anywhere else — and because sending it away would mean asking you to trust us about something you cannot check.

Small on purpose.
We pick jobs we understand, build one app at a time, and answer our own email. If Easy Contract gets something wrong for your trade, write to us and you will get a reply from whoever wrote that part.
