What Easy Contract does

Easy Contract records the conversation you have with a client, then writes a contract, service agreement, or job note from it. Ask for the document you need in plain language, edit it in plain text, and send it from Messages. The model that listens and writes runs on the iPhone itself, so the recording, the transcript, and the draft never leave the device.

Frequently asked questions

Does the recording ever leave my phone? No. The model that transcribes the conversation and writes the draft runs on the device. There is no account and no server that your recording, transcript, or draft is sent to.

What does Easy Contract run on? iPhone.

What language does it support? English.

Does it need an internet connection? The model downloads once — about 2.6GB — the first time you set up the app. After that, recording and drafting work without a signal, so it works in a shed or on a job site with no reception.

Is the draft legal advice? No. Easy Contract writes documents, not legal advice. Read a draft before you send it, and check that clauses like extra work and safety certificates fit your trade and state.

How do I fix a clause that’s wrong, or fill in a gap? Easy Contract shows which parts of a draft came from the recording, which are standard wording, which came from your own details, and which are gaps — things you mentioned but never confirmed, like a deposit amount. Edit the plain text directly to fix a wrong clause or fill a gap, then send it.

Is Easy Contract free? It’s free to try for one month. After that it’s a paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly in AUD — see pricing.

What happens to my documents if I stop paying? Documents you’ve already made stay yours — they still open, export and share even if the subscription lapses, and you can still ask an existing recording for another document. The only thing that stops is making a new recording.

What if it gets something wrong for my trade? Email hello@kingingai.com and tell us. You’ll get a reply from whoever wrote that part of the app.
